The European Commission publishes the draft delegated act on high-risk AI systems — consultation open until 30 April 2026.
Valyence brings together former compliance directors, AI architects and European lawyers who have led regulatory programmes in banking, insurance and healthcare. No theory — practitioners who know your constraints from the inside.
Former Chief Compliance Officer at a leading European banking group, Alexandre spent 12 years leading regulatory transformation programmes (GDPR, PSD2, DORA). He founded Valyence in 2023 to bridge the gap between European AI regulation and the organisations that must comply with it. He is co-author of the Valyence™ AI Act Framework and a regular speaker before the European Commission and ACPR.
Isabelle spent 10 years at an international strategic consulting firm before joining Valyence as a Partner. A specialist in compliance architectures for regulated sectors, she has led over 40 audit and compliance missions for CAC 40 groups and high-growth mid-caps. She heads the Healthcare & MedTech practice and co-leads the development of the Secure RAG methodology.
Thomas is Valyence's technical architect. A former AI Lead Engineer at a European insurance group, he designed and deployed RAG systems in production in highly regulated environments. His dual technical and regulatory expertise allows him to translate AI Act requirements into concrete architecture specifications. He is the author of the Valyence RAG Secure™ methodology.
Sophie began her career in Brussels as a lawyer specialising in European digital law before moving into consulting. She closely follows the work of the European AI Office and national AI supervisory authorities. At Valyence, she leads regulatory monitoring, drafts impact analyses and supports clients in establishing their internal AI governance policies.
